You Raise Me to the Skies

The title suggests that he is lifting her, but I guess it is more likely that she jumped off a ledge or something and he caught her. She must know that he would never let her fall (and takes horrible advantage of it).

So, in the end I ended up drawing Skyward Sword fanart. Yes, I am awfully excited about it. Yes, I love the new designs. I would actually still have liked to wait until I have played the game. Nowadays I do not really find the time to draw anything. I just needed to squeeze something in to avoid having to sit down to deal with everything I have put off and find that I cannot draw so much as a stick figure. As I had feared, this took a lot of work (then again, why must I go with a pose like this when I am supposed to simply get into drawing again? Silly me). I think I redrew both their faces at least three times, for example.

Well, well, as always, I am a big complainer. I hope to draw lots of Skyward Sword fanart in the future. I see so much inspiration to be taken from that game and I feel like a child looking into a store window at Christmas at the potential romance I have so far seen.
