Without Words

I am one of those persons who love Valentine's Day regardless if I am with somebody or not. Haha, not only because I am a hopeless romantic. I think it is nice that we have those days when we think about other people.

I can somewhat understand the ones who think the day is a commercial ripoff. Personally, I think that so long as our own private feelings are sincere that is what matters the most. I will also not blame people who hate the day because it makes them feel lonely. As for myself, I do not want anything other than "the real deal" and so long as I have not met anyone to feel that deeply for I am satisfied being happy for everyone else's sake.

Actually, I did not have the time to draw anything for Valentine's Day. I ended up pulling out the drawer with my old sketch pads and tried desperately to find something I could bear to put in my gallery. I found this one of Ranma and Akane. Then, just as I was putting my finishing touches on the colouring, my laptop crashes and I lose the complete file. I nearly broke down. I wanted to celebrate Valentine's with a drawing so badly that I wasted time I could actually not afford and it ended like this? Well, I cheered up enough to waste a teensy bit time more. It's a bit late and not anything special but at least it is something.
